When he arrived at the shelter he would not put his hind leg down. We took him to the vet and it was diagnosed a pulled muscle. He was placed in a loving foster home and given anti inflammatory and pain meds. Then he started to put weight on it. He was so use to not walking on it that every once in awhile he skips with it. Pete learned to like cats and was house trained. He foster mom helped make him a perfect lap dog.
Thank you to Merri ( Pete's Foster Mom) for all you do!
Here is an update on Pete.
He’s doing great….he sleeps next to me every night and is a little love who so so sweet. He is a little unsure at times. It will be a week tomorrow so I’m sure he’s still getting use to his new home.
Pete got a makeover yesterday and was so good at the groomers. He looks stunning!!! I’m so lucky to have him…..
I’m so thankful to have found him, he has filled a void in my life since I lost my little Gracie.
Thank you & Merri for this sweet loving dog. Regards, Cindy
